(A) Corner lots abutting improvements on two sides. The front side (as defined above) will be assessed 100%, and 1/3 of the side frontage will be assessed.
(B) Corner lots abutting improvements on three sides. For corner lots abutting improvements on 3 sides, the assessment shall be the same as for corner lots above, with the addition of 1/2 the frontage being assessed in the event of improvements on a third side.
(C) Irregular lots. For irregular shaped lots, the frontage will be calculated based on the building setback line in the Mapleton Zoning Ordinance.
