§ 97.04 DETERMINATION OF FALSE ALARM.
   (A)   The alarm user may submit a written response within 30 days of receipt of notice to the City Administrator to explain the cause of the alarm activation.
   (B)   If the City Administrator determines the alarm was caused by conditions beyond the control of the alarm user, the alarm will not be counted as a false alarm at that address.
   (C)   The decision of the City Administrator may be appealed in writing to the City Council.
