§ 95.22 ANIMALS AT LARGE.
   (A)    No person shall permit any farm animal, rabbit, chicken, geese, duck, or turkey of which he or she is the owner, caretaker, or custodian, to be at large within the city.
   (B)   Any like animal is deemed to be at large when it is off the premises owned or rented by the owner or his or her agent, and not under his or her individual restraint.
