§ 95.20 GENERAL PROHIBITION.

No person shall keep any farm animals or non-domestic animals in the city, or permit a like animal to be kept on premises owned, occupied, or controlled by him or her.

(B) This prohibition shall not apply to any existing commercial hog or cattle purchasing operations within the limits of the city.
