§ 95.06 QUARANTINE OF CERTAIN DOGS.
   (A)    Any dog that bites a person shall be quarantined for a time as may be directed by the Police Department. See §§ 95.28 and 95.29 for specific regulations.
   (B)   During quarantine the animal shall be securely confined and kept from contact with any other animal.
   (C)   At the discretion of the Police Department the quarantine may be on the premises of the owner; however, if the Police Department requires other confinement, the owner shall surrender the animal for the quarantine period to an animal shelter or shall, at his or her own expense, place it in a veterinary clinic.
