§ 91.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BEER. Any malt liquor containing not more than 7% alcohol by weight.
   PARK. A playground, recreation center or any other area in the city, owned or used by the city and devoted to active or passive recreation.
