§ 90.069 GENERAL POLICY STATEMENT.
   (A)   It is the intent of this policy that the projects performed hereunder shall apply only to projects in existing developments within the Mapleton city limits.
   (B)   Projects shall mean the replacement of utilities in existing developments and the placement of utilities in existing developments not currently receiving city utility services.
   (C)   The financing of utilities in new developments shall be completed in accordance with the city's Subdivision Ordinance.
