2-2-2: OFFICE; APPOINTMENT:

There is hereby created the office of the chief of the fire prevention bureau. The president and board of trustees shall appoint a person to said office who shall be qualified for same by adequate experience in fire prevention and control. (1956 Code, Sec. 10-2)
