Noise levels shall be regulated by the Illinois pollution control agency rules and regulations and the applicant shall certify that applicant's facility is in compliance with the same. Applicant shall provide certification from the manufacturer that the noise level will not exceed sixty (60) decibels as measured at the nearest property line. (Ord. 08-32, 4-6-2009)
