1-22-1: OFFICE CREATED; APPOINTMENT; TERM; COMPENSATION:
The office of director of building and zoning is hereby created. Such officer shall be appointed by the village president with the advice and consent of the board of trustees. Such officer shall serve until his successor has been appointed and qualified, and shall receive such compensation as approved by the board of trustees. (Ord. 04-45, 4-4-2005)
