9-4-3: APPLICATION AND REVIEW FEE:

Prior to village review of a sketch development plan, preliminary development plan or a final development plan, the developer shall have remitted all required fees and review expenses to the village clerk. (Ord. 22-01, 5-2-2022; Ord. passed 9-19-2022)
