8-10-8: CONTINUANCES:
No continuances shall be authorized by the hearing officer unless it is absolutely necessary to protect the rights of the owner. Lack of preparation shall not be grounds for a continuance. Any continuance authorized by the hearing officer shall not exceed twenty five (25) days. (Ord. 13-05, 5-6-2013)
