8-10-6: DEFAULT:
In the event an owner or his/her attorney fails to appear at a hearing, the hearing officer shall find the owner in default and proceed with the hearing and accept evidence relevant to the existence of a building code violation. (Ord. 13-05, 5-6-2013)
