8-10-2: HEARING OFFICER; APPOINTMENT:
The hearing officer appointed to preside over the administrative adjudication of ordinance violations pursuant to title 1, chapter 17, "Administrative Adjudication", of this code for the village of Manteno shall be the hearing officer and shall preside over the adjudication of building code violations under this chapter.
