(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to fail to install or maintain a carbon monoxide alarm as required by this chapter.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to tamper with, remove, destroy or disconnect any installed carbon monoxide alarm.
(C) It shall be unlawful for any person to remove batteries from an installed carbon monoxide alarm except for the purpose of contemporaneously replacing such batteries. (Ord. 06-56, 1-2-2007)
