Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which the violation occurs or continues. Any work done, actions taken or projects completed without the required permit or inspections shall, without exception, be subject to all application requirements, fees, inspections and all penalties as provided for in this chapter.
