1-1-9: CONFORMITY WITH ILLINOIS MUNICIPAL CODE:
It is the intention of the president and board of trustees of the village that this code conform in all respects with the Illinois municipal code, chapter 65, Illinois Compiled Statutes, as amended. Any section of this code not so conforming shall be read and interpreted so as to conform. (1956 Code, Sec. 1-17; amd. 1974 Code)
