7-4-3: AUTHORITY TO ERECT STOP SIGNS:
Whenever any ordinance of the village designates and describes a through street it shall be the duty of the police chief to place and maintain a stop sign on each and every street intersecting such through street. (1956 Code, Sec. 14-32)
