7-3-19: MOTORCYCLES, MOTORDRIVEN CYCLES:

A person operating a motorcycle or motordriven cycle shall not ride other than upon the permanent and regular seat attached thereto or carry any other person nor shall any other person ride upon such motorcycle or motordriven cycle other than upon a firmly attached seat to the rear or side of the operator. (1956 Code, Sec. 14-51)
