7-3-3: LIMITATIONS ON TURNING AROUND:
The driver of any vehicle shall not turn such vehicle so as to proceed in the opposite direction upon any street or part thereof where such turns are permitted at any point closer than one hundred feet (100') to any street intersection nor when such turn cannot be made in safety. (1956 Code, Sec. 14-28)
It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to turn such vehicle on Main Street, or any part or extension thereof, so as to proceed in the opposite direction. (1956 Code, Sec. 14-29)
