7-3-2: RESTRICTED TURN SIGNS:

The police chief is hereby authorized to determine those intersections, alleys and driveways at which drivers of vehicles shall not make a right or left turn and he shall erect appropriate signs at such intersections, alleys and driveways giving appropriate notice thereof. (1956 Code, Sec. 14-27)
