7-1-10: SKATES AND WAGONS:

No person upon roller skates, or riding in or by means of any coaster, toy vehicle or similar device shall go upon any roadway except while crossing a street upon a crosswalk and when so crossing such person shall be granted all the rights and be subject to all the duties applicable to pedestrians. (1956 Code, Sec. 14-10)
