7-1-4: RECORDS:
The office of the police chief shall keep a record of all violations of the traffic title of the village or of the state vehicle laws of which any person has been charged, together with a record of the final disposition of all such alleged offenses and all such records and reports shall be public records. (1956 Code, Sec. 14-4)
