7-1-2: POLICE CHIEF:
The office of police chief, established in title 1, chapter 11, of this code, shall have the duty of the enforcement of the provisions of this title and in connection therewith shall have the following powers and duties in addition to powers and duties enumerated elsewhere in this code. (1956 Code, Sec. 14-2)
