The director of building and zoning shall serve notice, by personal service or regular mail, upon an owner/occupant of real property, that the weeds, grass, bushes or trees on the property constitute a nuisance under this chapter. The notice shall specify that the identified nuisance be abated by the owner/occupant within five (5) days after notice is mailed or delivered. (Ord. 14-21, 9-15-2014)
