It shall be unlawful for an owner/occupant of real property to permit any weed, grass or plant, other than trees, bushes, flowers, or other ornamental plants, to grow to a height exceeding eight inches (8") anywhere in the village. Any such weed, grass or plant is hereby declared a nuisance. It shall be unlawful for an owner/occupant of real property to permit weeds, grass, bushes or trees to remain in a state declared to be a nuisance by the director of building and zoning or any of his assigns.
