Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter, or who shall resist or cause resistance to be made against the entry of any officer of the board of health to any place described in this chapter which such officer shall desire to make entry into for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter, or who shall refuse or fail to comply with any order or regulation made by the board of health and necessary for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this chapter, and any principal or person managing or in control of any public or private school, who shall in any way attempt to prevent any officer of the board of health from exercising the power conferred upon him by this chapter, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
