5-2-6: COMMON DRINKING VESSELS:

It shall be unlawful to keep, offer or display for use any common drinking cup, glass or similar receptacle in any building or place open to the public, or in any lodging or boarding house, factory, office, store or private school. (1956 Code, Sec. 18-6)
