5-1-13: VAULTS:

All vaults, privies, catch basins, cisterns, cesspools and the like shall be constructed and maintained in a manner not dangerous or offensive to public health. (1956 Code, Sec. 23-27)

Any item mentioned in this section which is foul and emits smells and odors prejudicial to the public health is hereby declared to be a nuisance. (1956 Code, Sec. 23-28)
