5-1-2: SUMMARY ABATEMENT:
Whenever any nuisance shall be found on any premises within the village, the police chief or his deputy is hereby authorized in his discretion to cause the same to be summarily abated in such manner as he may direct. (1956 Code, Sec. 23-2)
