4-5-2: RESIDENCY; NOT CONSERVATORS OF THE PEACE:
Auxiliary police officers need not be residents of the village and shall not be considered as members of the regular police department. Auxiliary police officers shall not be conservators of the peace. (Ord. 06-46, 12-4-2006)
