4-2-5: GIVING INTOXICANTS:
Any person who shall sell, deliver to or procure for any child sixteen (16) years of age or under any material saturated with or enclosing any spirituous, vinous or fermented liquor shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. (1956 Code § 40-5)
