4-1-7-9: TELEPHONES; OBSCENE, ANONYMOUS, MISREPRESENTED CALLS:
It shall be unlawful for any person to make, or permit another to make, any obscene, anonymous or falsely represented telephone calls to another person for the purpose or reason of nuisance or harassment. (1974 Code)
