4-1-6-10: OBSCENITY; AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSE:
It shall be an affirmative defense to charge under sections 4-1-6-8 and 4-1-6-9 of this chapter that the dissemination:
   (A)   Was not for sale or gain, and was made only to personal associates other than children under eighteen (18) years of age; or
   (B)   Was to institutions or individuals having scientific or other special education purpose for possession of such material. (1974 Code)
