4-1-6-1: PROSTITUTION DEFINED:
Any person who performs or offers or agrees to perform any of the following acts for money commits an act of prostitution:
   (A)   Any act of sexual intercourse; or
   (B)   Any act of deviate sexual conduct, meaning any act of sexual gratification involving the sex organs of one person and the mouth or anus of another. (1974 Code)
