(A) Unless otherwise authorized or exempted by state law, it shall be unlawful for any person to inhale, sniff, swallow, inject, or breath the vapors of glue, kerosene, gasoline, paint, cleaning fluids, or any other illegal substance not manufactured or produced for such human consumption for the purpose of becoming intoxicated.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to command, encourage, request, aid or abet any other person to violate the provisions of this section.
(C) The penalty for the violation of this section shall be fifty dollars ($50.00), and if not paid within ten (10) days to be increased to one hundred dollars ($100.00). (Ord. 02-02, 5-20-2002; amd. Ord. 19-32, 1-21-2020)
