(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to create or maintain anywhere within the Village any nuisance as declared in title 5, chapter 1 of this Code, or to permit or direct another to do the same.
(B) Notice of such nuisance and violation thereof shall be given to the person responsible or his agent, and to the proper Village official whose duties include the abatement of such nuisances. (1974 Code)
