4-1-1-6: SAVING CLAUSE:

If any part, article, section or subdivision of this chapter shall be held unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, such holding shall not be construed to invalidate or impair the remaining provisions of this chapter, which shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding such holding. (1974 Code)
