3-23-10: OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS:
   (A)   No operator shall rent or permit the overnight occupancy of any room if the number of guests will exceed the sleeping accommodations of the room
   (B)   No operator shall permit any room to be occupied (guests and visitors) by number of persons in excess of two (2) times the number for which sleeping accommodations are provided in the room. (Ord. 22-03, 5-2-2022)
