3-23-3: LICENSE TERM; TIMING OF APPLICATION:
   (A)   A hotel operator's license shall be valid from May 1 of the calendar year through April 30 of the following calendar year.
   (B)   Applications for the issuance and renewal of a license shall be filed no later than thirty (30) days prior to the desired effective date of the license. (Ord. 22-03, 5-2-2022)
