(A) Except as otherwise provided herein, any person found to have violated any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than seventy-five dollars ($75.00) and not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense.
(B) Any person operating a nonhighway vehicle upon a roadway in the Village of Manteno that is not registered or having an expired registration shall be fined fifty dollars ($50.00) for each offense.
(C) Each day a violation occurs or is permitted to continue constitutes a new and separate violation. (Ord. 21-17, 11-15-2021)
