6-8-2: EXCEPTIONS:
Fishing from the banks of any lake, pond, creek, or retention/detention area owned or maintained by the Village shall be permitted where no signs are posted prohibiting that activity or trespassers, in general. (Ord. 19-34, 1-21-2020)
