6-8-1: ACTIVITIES PROHIBITED:

It shall be unlawful for any person to fish, swim, boat, paddle-board, kayak, wade, walk, skate, or otherwise enter into or upon any lake, pond, creek, or retention/detention area holding or having water in any state of matter that is owned or maintained by the Village. (Ord. 19-34, 1-21-2020)
