Copies of each subdivision plat or planned unit development plan shall be transmitted to Manteno Community Unit School District 5 for its written recommendations at the same time that they are transmitted to the planning commission, but nothing herein contained shall be construed as requiring receipt of a recommendation prior to action by the corporate authorities of the village.
