The developer, village, and Manteno Community Unit School District 5 may agree that the developer shall dedicate and convey land (or contribute cash in lieu of land pursuant to section 11-5-5 of this title) for combined school/park sites in lieu of land donations otherwise required under chapters 2 and 3 of this title. The standards set forth in chapters 2 and 3, and section 11-5-4 of this title as to location, improvements, and topography shall be applicable to combined school and park sites.
