11-1-5: DONATIONS REQUIRED FROM PROPERTIES OUTSIDE VILLAGE CORPORATE LIMITS:
In the event that land that is subject to subdivision approval by the village is not within the corporate limits of the village at the time of approval of a final plat of subdivision for the land, the impact fee shall be payable at the time of the approval of the final plat of subdivision, unless the subdivider or developer shall agree in a separate agreement with some form of financial guarantee to pay the fees at the time another governmental body issues a building permit.
