SANITARY SEWER, STORM SEWER AND STREET LIGHT EASEMENTS NOTE: The sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street light easements shown hereon are hereby granted to the Village of Manteno.
The Village has the right to construct, reconstruct, operate, maintain, repair, replace and renew sanitary sewers, storm sewers and water mains, lines and pipes, (Village Utility Pipes) and all other appurtenances and equipment incidental to, or necessary for the Village of Manteno in furnishing sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street light service. The Village shall have the Right to enter upon the Property, as shown hereon to make openings therein, and to excavate beneath the surface thereof for the purpose of constructing, operating, maintaining, replacing, repairing or renewing any facilities of the Village of Manteno and to carry on its business of providing Village Utility Services by means of the facilities located in, along or under the Property shown hereon.
The Village shall, after any excavation or construction within the Property shown hereon, fill, level and restore the surface of the ground to substantially the same condition it was in when entered upon by the Village of Manteno, at its own cost and expense, as soon as practicable after such excavation or construction is completed. Provided, however, the Village shall not be required to repair, replace or restore any structures or pavement on the Property.
PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS
Provisions shall be made for public utility companies, including but not limited to Northern Illinois Gas Company, Commonwealth Edison Company, Ameritech Illinois a.k.a. Illinois Bell Telephone Company, and Comcast. The respective utility companies shall be contacted for their most recent terms.
