2-10-3: POWERS AND DUTIES OF BOARD:
The rights, powers, duties, and functions of said board and the members thereof, as such, and the rights and benefits of the various beneficiaries of the pension fund shall be and are hereby declared to be in accordance with the law and particularly of article 3 of the Illinois pension code and all amendments thereof. (Ord. 95-10, 9-25-1995)
