2-10-1: CREATION OF POLICE PENSION FUND:

There is hereby created and established a police pension fund in and for the village of Manteno, Kankakee County, Illinois, in accordance with 40 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/3-101 et seq. (article 3 of the Illinois pension code). (Ord. 95-10, 9-25-1995)
