§ 54.093 LOCKING DEVICES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to tamper with, cause damage to, or remove a locking device placed on an irrigation system by the Executive Director of Public Works or his or her designee.
   (B)   The locking device will be removed from the irrigation system by the Executive Director of Public Works or his or her designee within three working days after payment is received from the customer.
